Its never to late if you still have them simply install a wordpress blog, add some decent content to them as well as all legal pages being privacy, disclaimer, contact and so on and then point some links at them, once you have traffic list them for sale.
Or you can forget all that if you are going to keep these domains and simply use Adsense for domains so you can monetize them while they are sitting there doing nothing.
