Using Your Blogs Journals To Share Your Opinion About Everything

October 15, 2009 By Ron 2 Comments

Blogs Journals are a great way to share your day to day activities with friends or family that you don’t get to see very often?

This way, you can share the wealth of information you have with the online world–and even get some feedback. Blogging has also become a very effective marketing tool especially for affiliates, so if you’re thinking about opening a new business, keeping a blog is a great way to get the word out.

How Often Should You Update Your Blog?

blogs journalsBlogs journals will need to be updated often, so that your ‘followers’ will always have some new and interesting to read. You may also want to learn more about interactive blogs, since these will provide readers the ability to add their own feedback to your blog entry. This is a great way to attract more people to your blog, and there are several things you can do to promote your blog site.

Make Sure You Allow Your Blog Visitors To Comment

One of the ways to keep your blogs journals interesting is to allow your visitors to comment on your entries as many times as they want. This will provide two-way communication, since you’ll be able to respond to the comments. If you need tips on how to add this feature, you can go to sites like www.flite.com so that you can add comment boxes to your blog.

Have You Thought About Adding A Forum To Your Blog?

Adding a forum to your blogging site is also a great way to stay in touch with your readers, and to allow them to interact with one another. This will definitely keep your blogs journals interesting, since one of your readers may say something that sparks a conversation in the forum among readers.

Create A Mailing List

Making sure that your visitors are always motivated to come back and hear what you have to ‘say’ on your blog is also important. Add names to your mailing list, so that your readers will be notified each time you post new material on your blog, or you can host a weekly drawing that will include a small prize that you can award to the visitor that reads your blog the most.

You can also request that your readers send in photographs that are specific to the blogs journals entries you’re writing for the week–the reader with the best photo can win the prize that you’ve selected.

Get Your Blog Visitors To Submit Articles

It may also be a good idea for you to ask your followers to write some of their own short articles for your blogs journals. This way, you’ll have lots of different sources for one topic, and can share a variety of opinions with your readers without them having to search all over the internet.
