These two options are found in the Twitterlink settings of CommentLuv where you need to choose which form-type you are going to select, for us that was “Alternate” as the Theme 3.0 option did not work for our WordPress Theme. The next issue was with the Input label for the Twitter username where there was no space after the text box so we simply had to add a space in the input label to correct the formatting.

Yes you are spot on with this, just the other day another person said that it took them 3 months to get 200 comments on their blog and now after a month of having CommentLuv Premium installed they are getting around 200 comments a day.
