Yes you are right there is a huge myth about this, however is you are swapping links with other sites then that will be a different story but i have not and I don’t think you will ever see a penalty from any serps for getting to many one way links to a website.

I thought this can’t be true, there is no way that a webmaster with any brains and an authority blog site to boot was going to link to a new or low PageRank website without charging you hundreds of dollars. I don’t really know of anyone that was penalized for getting to many one way links.

I believe that this is not very effective now so I really wouldn’t waste your time… To get really solid back links you need to look at article marketing for the best results.

Might be worth having a look at. I have just set up a little site that I’m hoping will grow and make me a lot of money, but I feel like i’m way behind all the other people and companies who have started sites of their own and have them way up the rankings of Google. I’ve already read some good articles about Chris and Dave, which can’t be a coincidence.

Hi Lee,

The actual program is no longer available to download, but I will say that when it was you could get some good quality back-links. As for Google penalizing you for getting to many links I don’t really know of anyone that was penalized for getting to many one way links, I do know that you will if you are doing this as reciprocal linking as getting thousands of those in a month is just not realistic.

I am not sure whether to use this due to Google and how strict they are in banning websites if you dont follow the rules. I already have 3 keywords on page 2 of google and that is from posting backlinks manually, thanks for the info much appreciated
